Job Description

This onsite warehouse support role is responsible for executing inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and patient safety in a highly regulated environment.

Your role:

• Execute inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping) with the highest level of quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, updating transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, stock verification, movements, and corrections, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Support warehouse equipment operation by assisting with troubleshooting, calibration, and basic maintenance activities under direct supervision to minimize downtime.
• Transport goods using forklifts and other material handling equipment while strictly adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including storage space optimization, safety protocol implementation, and participation in the installation of new warehouse systems and technologies.

You're the right fit if:

• No prior experience required; 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations using a WMS in a medical or highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Your skills include forklift operation, inventory management, WMS usage, basic equipment troubleshooting, and accurate documentation and reporting.
• You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
• You are a reliable professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in Rancho Cordova, California is $20.00 to $31.00.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
