Join a well-supported Medical-Surgical unit with flexible self-scheduling and a collaborative team!
📍 Location: Portsmouth, NH
🩺 Specialty: Med-Surg RN
🕒 Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12s)
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of recent hospital Med-Surg experience
✅ Active RN license at submission
✅ BLS required
✅ IV Certification required
✅ Experience with telemetry monitoring, wound care, drains, Foley insertion, central line dressing changes, and CBI
Unit Highlights:
- 36-bed Medical-Surgical unit
- Typical ratios of 1:6 (occasionally 1:7 during surge)
- Meditech Expanse EMR
- Self-scheduling available (based on unit needs)
- Float only to same level of care
- Unit secretaries and LNAs provide strong support
- Every other weekend & rotating holidays
