• Formulate and refine custom presentation materials and commercial collateral using structured templates to ensure accurate portfolio representation
• Draft, update and enhance detailed due diligence questionnaires
• Partner cross-functionally with investment, risk, operations, and compliance teams to maintain a comprehensive repository of pre-sales content
• Ensure all messaging remains current, accurate, and aligned with corporate brand standards and regulatory frameworks
• Support automation and technology-driven initiatives designed to streamline document production and optimize workflow efficiency

skills and experience required.

• Possess a tertiary degree with relevant experience in asset management, securities, or private banking environments
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft clear responses for due diligence questionnaires
• Good knowledge of financial markets, investment concepts, and strong numerical proficiency
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly spreadsheet and presentation tools
