Looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a global organisation?
This is a UK-based fixed-term contract (6-12 months) role within our Health & Benefits team, offering flexibility to work in a hybrid way, combining virtual working with time in a local Aon office in line with our smart working policy.

What the day will look like
As a Project Manager within Client Service Delivery (Health & Benefits), you will play a key role in delivering the Activate solution to our EMEA and global client base. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and governance standards while driving successful client outcomes.
- Lead the delivery of Activate solution projects across EMEA and global clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status, milestones, and financial performance.
- Support client onboarding, solution deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives within Health & Benefits.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Demonstrable project management experience within a client delivery or professional services environment.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled or benefits-related solutions
- Knowledge of utilizing Ai to work smarter
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at multiple levels including senior clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different regions and levels of complexity.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivery excellence.
- A recognized industry qualification such as PMP or Prince 2
