Junior Procurement Specialist (P2P)
Key Responsibilities

• Support operational procurement activities and P2P processes.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain contract and supplier master data.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and contract administration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve procurement processes.

Your Profile

• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with P2P and ERP or procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa) is an advantage.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• German is an advantage.
• Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Hybrid working model (minimum two days on-site).
• Start: ASAP.
