• Review, approve, and monitor Purchase Orders ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Generate, analyse, and present reports related to procurement activities and business performance.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of procurement transactions and business analytics.
• Lead and coordinate IT implementation plans to support procurement and business operations.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, working closely with IT teams to implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and data integrity.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fields of Accounting, or BIS.
• Problem solving -Business ethics- advanced Excel
• 0-3 years
• Computer Skills and Oracle Knowledge preferable
• Good command of English and Arabic language
