The Company

Our client, a leading wealth management organization, is seeking an experienced Pension Manager to oversee pension fund operations and lead a high-performing support team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of daily fund switching transactions across MPF, ORSO, Macau Pension, JF Funds, and Agent Provident Funds (APF), while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic process improvements.

The Role

• Lead and manage the pension operations team to ensure seamless daily fund switching activities across MPF, ORSO, Pension, JF Funds, and APF schemes.
• Oversee earnings allocation, contractual top-ups, dividend distributions, fee rebates, and bonus rebate processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong operational controls, compliance standards, and service quality in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Drive process enhancements, workflow automation initiatives, and system improvement projects to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage the setup of new funds, fund closures, and related operational activities.
• Prepare and review management reports, client reports, and special project deliverables.
• Handle complex client and member inquiries, escalations, and complaints with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business initiatives and enhance customer outcomes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of pension, fund administration, or investment operations experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of MPF, ORSO, Pension Schemes, JF Funds, APF, and related fund operations.
• Hands-on experience in fund switching, earnings allocation, rebate processing, reconciliation, and operational controls.
• Proven track record in process improvement, system enhancement, and workflow automation projects.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within pension and financial services operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
