Our client, a global Financial Services institution, is hiring for an FP&A Director to join their team in Malaysia on a 12-month contract (possible conversion)

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance FP&A reporting capabilities to support effective decision-making across the group
• Lead the development Investment FP&A governance and processes to ensure accurate capture of investment costs
• Collaborate with transformation teams to integrate investment governance into group-wide frameworks
• Embed process requirements into system capabilities to capture investment costs
• Drive continuous improvement of investment processes in partnership with transformation and technology teams
• Implement and develop reporting systems in collaboration with governance and change teams
• Provide month-end cost reviews and deliver monthly FP&A reports

Requirements

• Deep expertise in investment FP&A including governance, reporting, and cost management processes
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to drive efficiency and standardisation
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting capability
• Track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Recognised professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
