Job Description

The role partners closely with Front Office (Traders, Sales), Middle Office, Operations, Risk, and external counterparties to mitigate operational risk and ensure smooth execution of equity transactions across regional and global markets.

• Perform day-to-day processing of equity trades.
• Ensure accurate trade capture and validation in internal systems.
• Manage trade confirmations, affirmations, and settlements within defined timelines.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, and cash/position mismatches.
• Escalate unresolved exceptions in a timely manner to minimize financial and operational risk.
• Adhere to established operational controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in identifying process inefficiencies, control gaps, and operational risks.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Open to candidates with no prior experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
