Fulfillment Center Customer Service & Warehouse Position Available
Power Distributing, Inc., distributes diesel fuel injection system components, parts, tools, test equipment and engines, and automotive parts, tools, and equipment, throughout the Northwest and Alaska.
We seek a friendly, enthusiastic, honest, trustworthy individual of high moral character who will enjoy performing the following responsibilities efficiently and punctually.
Diesel Fuel Injection experience or Diesel Engine knowledge is preferred.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Help maintain our company’s outstanding customer-order fulfillment reputation.
50% of this job will be providing phone and computer Customer Service. Answering, routing, screening of phone calls when needed. Taking orders, answering availability questions.
The second 50% of this job will be spent in the Warehouse:
- This is a hands-on, on your feet job ideal for a candidate who likes to solve problems, find solutions and keep busy. The candidate is expected to constantly scan for what needs to be done and who may need help. They must be willing to research discrepancies big and small to the final details.
- Communicate with Customer Service, Receiving, Returns and Shipping
- Pick, verify accuracy, box, label and ship outgoing orders
- Create, change, and maintain parts bins and bin locations for maximum warehouse efficiency, discard dead stock
- Create kits
- Palletize orders and core returns for shipment
- Check in Core Returns, Part Returns and Warranty Return, restock Part Returns
- Track days of the month core returns need to be shipped
- Help receive, check in and stock incoming parts
- Keep warehouse clean and tidy

Requirements
7:30am-4:30pm M-F
Basic knowledge of Windows Outlook, Word, Excel and VOIP Phone system. ERP experience a plus.
Physical Requirements: Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs. and Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
Be willing and able to perform, assist and fill in for fellow Customer Service and Warehouse Associates daily responsibilities efficiently and punctually
