We specialize in court-ordered compliance tracking, severe impulse control dysregulatio, psychosexual containment, and complex co-occurring substance tracks. You may accept or deny any referral.

We built this practice to solve the exact systemic friction that causes local community clinicians to burn out. We eliminate 100% of your administrative and marketing burden. Our dedicated Operations Lead,  personally manages your intake triage, coordinates your EHR client portal setups, handles your billing drops, and routes your required weekly legal compliance updates back to state dockets so you can focus entirely on clinical work.

Structural Requirements & Benefits:

 
The 15-Client Income Floor: We do not participate in standard private practice "trickle" models. We require all incoming contractors to maintain a strict minimum floor of 15 active clients, and we guarantee to fully build your docket past that floor within 14 days of clearing credentialing.
Uncapped Ceiling: There is no maximum session restriction. High-capacity providers can scale their caseloads on their own terms.
Statewide Telehealth Agility: Deliver care from anywhere in Vermont via secure video or state Medicaid-approved audio-only tracks.

You make your own hours, and may work hybrid in your office, or fully remote.   You have full clinical autonomy.
