Mit meinem Geschick im Vertragsmanagement trage ich zum Erfolg der Netzausbauprojekte bei und gestalte so die Realisierung der Energiewende mit.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Energiewirtschaft befindet sich im Wandel - dynamisch, komplex und voller Chancen. Es gibt viele Entscheidungen zu treffen, die neben Know-How auch Hands-on Mentalität und Pragmatismus erfordern. Als Vertragsmanager*in bin ich die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf und Projektleitung und sorge dafür, dass vertragliche Chancen genutzt und Risiken aktiv gemanagt werden. Konkret übernehme ich in Projekten des 525 kV-Hochspannungsnetzausbaus die Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Vertragswerke über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg - von der Gestaltung bis zur erfolgreichen Vertragserfüllung. In dieser Rolle verwalte ich nicht nur Verträge, sondern trage aktiv und verantwortungsbewusst zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg bei.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Management kommerzieller und nicht kommerzieller Verträge - z. B. Bau-, Liefer- und Dienstleistungsverträge, Kooperationsverträge, Kreuzungsverträge, Gestattungsverträge, Behördenvereinbarungen,
• Systematische Erfassung geschlossener Verträge einschließlich der Nachhaltung und Sicherstellung von Vertragspflichten,
• Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der Erstellung von Anforderungs- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen,
• Bereithaltung von (kommerziell-vertraglichen) Vertragsinformationen und Aufbereitung für die jeweilige Programmleitung sowie die internen 50Hertz Stakeholder,
• Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Einkauf, Contract Management,
• Weiterentwicklung von Contract-Governance-Strukturen, Prozessen und KPIs,
• Identifikation und Steuerung von kommerziellen Chancen und Risiken während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit (inkl. Gegenmaßnahmen und Eskalation),
• Management der Construction All Risk - Insurance.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes (wirtschafts-)juristisches oder kaufmännisches Studium (oder vergleichbar),
• Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung und solide Kenntnisse im Contract & Claim Management / Contract Execution / Commercial Project Management, idealerweise im Energie-, Industrie- oder Infrastrukturumfeld,
• Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikationsweise,
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie systematische Herangehensweise mit klarer Ergebnisorientierung und Entscheidungsfreude,
• Versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS-Office,
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (z. B. zu Vertragspartnern, Baustellen etc.),
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils C1) in Wort und Schrift.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
