Description
CISA Requirements Management and Contract Optimization Workstream LeadThe CISA Requirements Management and Contract Optimization Workstream Lead is responsible for overall leadership, coordination, delivery, and quality management of assigned workstreams. The individual will guide stakeholder engagement, process transformation activities, roadmap development, executive briefings, and organizational alignment efforts while serving as the primary lead for workstream execution.
This position is hybrid and reports to the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Requirements Development & Management or Contract Portfolio Optimization workstreams.
- Direct cross-functional teams supporting assessments, analysis, and roadmap development.
- Facilitate executive-level meetings and stakeholder working sessions.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, governance, and process transformation.
- Validate findings and recommendations prior to delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Present findings and recommendations to CISA leadership.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, actionable, leadership-ready products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of consulting, organizational transformation, strategic planning, or business process improvement experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale federal transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- DHS or CISA experience.
- Experience with organizational design, governance, operating model transformation, and change management initiatives.
