Our client is a real estate company, and we are looking for AI Finance Consultant to support strategic project on a 12-month contract. Requirements:

• Proven years of experience in finance, business partnering, FP&A, strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Strong expertise in financial operations and planning, delivering accurate analysis and insights.
• Proven experience leading technology system upgrades or implementations to enhance efficiency.
• Solid understanding of AI tools and applications, with exposure to Claude or Copilot preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and influence financial decision-making.
• Track record of driving process improvements and supporting strategic business objectives.
