NOW HIRING: Warehouse Supervisor - Caney, KS

Spears Manufacturing, a national leader in plastic pipe fittings and valves, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Caney team.

This position oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and team leadership. We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and ready to take ownership of the department.
Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Must be available for occasional weekend work or phone support when the schedule requires it

What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate warehouse employees to meet production and shipping goals
• Ensure accurate inventory, safe forklift operation, and proper loading procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to keep product moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Forklift experience a plus
• Knowledge of the IBM i Power System

Pay: Based on experience
