My Client, an International bank in the City, seeks a VP/Senior VP level securitisation/speciality finance/warehouse lending professional to join their Warehouse Lending team in London.

The role will involve :

Lead the structuring, underwriting and closing of warehouse facilities by supporting the creation of credit papers, cashflow modelling, collateral analysis, term sheets, financial models and deal structures

Manage the end-to-end process including engaging with clients/prospects, internal stakeholders, (e.g. relationship management, credit, legal) and external stakeholders (e.g. external counsel, credit partners) to ensure successful outcomes

Manage the existing portfolio of borrowers and communicate internally to recommend and execute on responses to changing situations for clients / across the portfolio broadly

Manages deal teams, comprising VPs and Associates from the team and provide oversight, knowledge share and guidance on structuring, underwriting, closing and portfolio management

Build client and investor relationships in the Fintech and alternative lending sectors

Develop, track and deliver insights into asset types, industry sectors and demonstrate thought leadership

Requirements:

Financial modelling and structuring asset backed facilities

Highly skilled at building cashflow models and performing collateral analysis

Highly competent with legal documentation

Skilled at structuring, negotiating, closing structuring asset backed facilities

Adept at working with large data pools to assess the quality and completeness of the information

Exercise judgment and authority prudently and with proper balance for the best interests of the clients and the Bank

Quantitative Bachelor's degree / CFA or equivalent education, or equivalent work experience specific to this role

Structured finance experience from investment or commercial banks, specialised lenders, asset managers or rating agencies
