We're looking for a passionate Procurement Sustainability Manager to play a pivotal role in helping GSK reach its environmental goals and make a global impact. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver high-impact decarbonisation initiatives, strengthen procurement sustainability frameworks, and drive measurable change across the organisation.
Your Responsibilities
As a Procurement Sustainability Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the implementation of Scope 3 data strategy and improve the efficiency of primary data collection.
- Design and deliver impactful decarbonisation initiatives for priority products and suppliers.
- Embed sustainability standards into sourcing events, category strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Strengthen governance frameworks to support effective sustainability delivery within the procurement function.

Basic Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in sustainability roles, ideally in supply chain sustainability.
- Demonstrated expertise in Scope 3 data strategy and programmes.
- Experience developing sustainability metrics, data collection processes, or supplier reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management skills and a track record of delivering projects across geographies.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly advantageous:
- Professional sustainability certification or related training (e.g., GHG accounting, ISO 14001).
- Experience working in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of climate change, water stewardship, waste management, or human rights in supply chains.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and tools (e.g., CDP, GRI, or similar).
- Expertise in supplier relationship management programmes and sustainability contractual clauses.
- Proven ability to design data dashboards or use analytics tools to track performance.
