We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing wellness practice in Northvale, NJ. This is a part-time independent contractor role ideal for both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates looking to build hands-on experience in a supportive, client-centered environment.

About the Role
The LMT will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and contribute to a calm, welcoming client experience. Contractors may also have opportunities to participate in chair massage events and community wellness programs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage sessions (Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, etc.)
• Conduct brief client intake and wellness check-ins
• Maintain accurate session notes and treatment records
• Prepare and sanitize treatment room between sessions
• Uphold professional and ethical standards of practice
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Arrive on time and maintain a reliable schedule
