Desert Holistic Wellness LLC is seeking dependable and professional Licensed Massage Therapists to join a growing network of practitioners serving the Phoenix and East Valley area.

This role involves providing therapeutic massage services in structured, professional environments focused on client experience, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services based on client needs
Maintain a professional, clean, and safe working environment
Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professionalism
Represent the company with reliability and integrity
Compensation & Structure:

Pay range: $30–$60 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Flexible scheduling based on availability
Independent contractor (1099) position
Opportunities are event-based and ongoing, depending on business needs

Requirements

Active Arizona Massage Therapy License (or nearing graduation)
Strong foundation in therapeutic massage techniques
Professional demeanor and clear communication skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to adapt to different environments and client needs
Dependable, punctual, and self-managed

Portable Massage Chair (or ability to rent one)
