Job Description

• Deliver key HR programs such as performance management, headcount planning and rewards strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions
• Guide business stakeholders in building high-performing teams, developing talent pipelines, and enhancing engagement
• Facilitate organisational change, leadership development, and training sessions to boost performance
• Use HR data analytics to address business challenges and improve decision-making
• Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment
• Mentor HR Advisors and provide expert guidance on complex HR issues

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in HR leadership role (HRBP)
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement impactful HR solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices
• Fluent in English and Chinese
