Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for internal transaction system data entry operations
• Serve as department document administrator
• Prepare MIS report and presentation deck for senior management
• Support product regular review and optimization of sales/ service processes
• Handle routine documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Holder or above
• Relevant experience in banking industry
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated precision and meticulousness in work execution
• Stress Management: Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Strong written/ verbal communication in Chinese & English; fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint). VBA programming is preferred
