Description
Responsibilities:- Responsible for internal transaction system data entry operations
- Serve as department document administrator
- Prepare MIS report and presentation deck for senior management
- Support product regular review and optimization of sales/ service processes
- Handle routine documentation and administrative tasks
- Higher Diploma Holder or above
- Relevant experience in banking industry
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated precision and meticulousness in work execution
- Stress Management: Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Strong written/ verbal communication in Chinese & English; fluency in Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint). VBA programming is preferred
