Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key point of liaison for clients throughout the onboarding process and proactively address their inquiries regarding fund details, account structures, etc.
• Collaborate closely with AML/KYC team to ensure thorough due diligence is conducted on all new clients.
• Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and updated.
• Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks to the relevant teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on onboarding activities for internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products would be good
• Proficiency in handling client documentation and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
