Mainresponsibilities:
TheBuyerisresponsibleforthepurchasingandtimelydeliveryofproductsforspecializedcategorieswithinourCenterofStoreDepartment.TheBuyerprovidessupplychain/inventorymanagementforapromotionallyactivecenterofstoredeskandcorrespondingfinancialaccountabilities.Buyerprocuresproductinaccordancewithallpoliciesandproceduresestablishedbythecompany.
- ?ResponsibleformanagingDistributionCenterinventoryacrossanumberofspecificspecializedcategories.
- Optimizestoreservicelevelsat97%orabove.
- Maintainongoingcommunicationlinkwithdivisionretailteamsandvendorstoensureproperunderstandingofpromotionalactivityandadequateleveloflogisticalsupport.
- Manageinventorylevelsandproductrotation.
- Negotiatelogisticalelementsthatimprovecostandefficiency(workwithvendorsandtransportation).
- Evaluatessuppliers'offeringsagainstkeybusinesscriteriaandproductspecifications.
- ResponsibleforworkingwithLogisticsCoordinatortohelpmanagethetimelyandefficientflowofgoodsthroughoutthesupplychain.
- UsevarioustoolsandsourcestoforecastandcommunicateweeklyproductneedsfortheDivision.
- Developandmaintaingoodworkingrelationshipswithbrokers,vendors,storeoperations,distributioncenteranddivisionofficepersonnel.
