The RoleAnalyst/ASSO/AVP, Centralized Procurement, FMD
Key Accountabilities
- Enhancing and implementing the procurement policy and relevant internal control requirements to ensure the central procurement work is compliant and efficient;
- Preparing central procurement plan and promoting the implementation of central procurement projects;
- Implementing the management of central procurement suppliers and expert database;
- Leading the implementation of procurement process, preparing central procurement documents, negotiating with suppliers and coordinating the project review work;
- Following-up on comments from Central Procurement Committee;
- Representing the company to participate in bidding evaluation;
- Organizing the post-central procurement project evaluation;
- Enhancing the information management of central procurement projects;
- Handling the internal and external communication work;
- Completing tasks assigned by top management.
Skills & Experience
- University graduate or above;
- Degree in finance, computer science, information technology or other related disciplines would be an advantage;
- At least 3 years of experience in financial management or procurement management (most preferable);candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Strong writing skill both in English and Chinese, Strong analytical skill;
- Good communication and team management skill, great team player;
- Highly resilient and able to work under pressure;
- Good spoken in English and Chinese, able to work independently using English.
