Description

This role will be an integral part of a collaborative team managing stakeholders such as Client Advisors and Client Advisor Assistants.

Your new role

• Execute account structure changes accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring alignment with front office needs.
• Support the ASC Lead in achieving team objectives and meeting deadlines for front office deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues or discrepancies during the account structure change process
• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline account structure change processes for front office support.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years of experience with banking compliance processes
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (must be able to speak, read and write)
• Able to work under pressure and learn fast
• Able to work independently
