We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience across various communication channels.

Requirements

• At least a high school graduate (college level or degree holder is an advantage)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online platforms
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City and in shifting schedules
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
