We are seeking an experienced Facilitator and Executive Coach to deliver a high-impact, pre-built leadership development curriculum to C-suite and senior executive audiences. This is a contract opportunity ideal for a confident, polished facilitator who can build trust quickly with executive teams, navigate complex group dynamics, and deliver pre-developed content with mastery and flexibility.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Facilitate live (in-person or virtual) sessions using proprietary leadership development curriculum Engage C-level executives in discussions and exercises that connect content to their strategic challenges Provide 1:1 executive coaching as part of the program Represent our brand with professionalism, clarity, and credibility
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in learning & development, executive coaching, or organizational leadership Proven experience working with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and executive leadership teams Master-level facilitation skills; confident guiding strategic conversations and managing executive presence Experience facilitating content you did not personally develop, with fidelity to the design and objectives Coaching certification (ICF PCC/ACC or equivalent preferred) Strong communication, executive presence, and adaptability Details:
Project-based, with potential for ongoing engagements Must be available for half-day, full-day, or multi-day sessions Travel flexibility preferred, though virtual options exist
