About the Role
The LMT will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and contribute to a calm, welcoming client experience. Contractors may also have opportunities to participate in chair massage events and community wellness programs.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage sessions (Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, etc.)
- Conduct brief client intake and wellness check-ins
- Maintain accurate session notes and treatment records
- Prepare and sanitize treatment room between sessions
- Uphold professional and ethical standards of practice
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Arrive on time and maintain a reliable schedule
- Support a peaceful, client-centered environment
