Logistics Specialist (Cypress, CA) Manage international and domestic shipments on behalf of B2B and B2C clients through global carriers such as UPS and DHL, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee high-volume shipment operations including monitoring, rerouting, address changes, and exception handling. Handle carrier claims by preparing documentation, submitting claims, and maintaining detailed records for client reporting. Apply analytical methods to conduct Dimensional Weight (DIM) analysis and verify freight charges to ensure billing accuracy and support cost optimization for clients.
