Build Shop Assistants (BSA) are responsible for bending clubs, ferrule turning and assisting in the build shop/operations as necessary. The BSA will collaborate with Master Builders and other key positions for efficiency and quality throughout the build. This position is also responsible for maintaining and executing closing procedures for the shift. This position will report to the Build Shop Manager
Experience Required
Mechanically inclined
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills
Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
Knowledge of golf clubs and parts, familiarity with brands, types, etc. (preferred)

Assisting in the build shop and operations department as necessary
Pre-ship/quality control: finishing golf club builds, applying shaft stickers, running product to various areas in the building
