This position performs entry level administrative work in support of the law enforcement and corrections functions of the agency. The majority of duties involve daily warehouse activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, performing inventories and inventory control activities, and may administer purchase and change orders. To be successful in this position, the employee must demonstrate competency in data entry and retrieval skills, time management skills, basic to intermediate computer skills, general communication skills (both written and oral), inter-personal skills, customer service skills, problem solving skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with direct supervision. 1 year of experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory control function; required
1 year of customer service experience required; OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Must be able to lift, push, carry or pull a minimum of 25 pounds independently.
