Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts, and corporates in coordinating roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events.
Liaise with Sales, Clients and Corporates for bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc.
Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline
Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including:
Booking travel, accommodation and ground transportation
Ensuring that necessary materials / equipment are available
Arranging event diaries in liaison with Corporates and Clients
Entering details into relevant systems
validating invoices
Corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year
Developing relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required
Developing relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams
Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings
Requirements
Master's degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
3-4 years of previous related experience
Strong IT skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
Relevant working experience of working with corporate management and IR
Good understanding of local culture
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
