As a Business Management Category Sourcer within the Amenity Services Team, you will optimize business performance by driving key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and partnering with function leads to provide financial analysis and perspective to senior management. Responsibilities include managing the contract pipeline, leading data structuring and capacity modeling projects, designing reporting and governance for contractual savings, preparing monthly business reviews, analyzing key performance indicators, and guiding financial planning and budgeting. The role requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, experience in data structuring and reporting, excellent organization and attention to detail, strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, the ability to present complex financial information clearly, independence and initiative, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and consensus-building skills.
Job responsibilities:
Support the head of Category Sourcing in managing the firm's contract pipeline
Lead a project to drive data structuring and capacity modeling in support of the Sourcing organization
Design reporting and governance around negotiated contractual saves for the firm
Aid in preparing monthly business reviews, as well as updates to senior management
Establish, report and analyze key performance indicators to measure team success
Provide financial planning and analysis expertise and guide the department through establishing and controlling their budget.
Present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders verbally and visually in high quality presentations with focus on clarity, data storytelling
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate data into actionable insights and reports for senior leadership
Logical approach to analyzing and improving business processes
Experience with Data Structuring and Reporting, with the ability to define data model requirements to facilitate senior level reviews and approvals
Excellent interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to successfully engage and influence cross-functions such as senior executives, flight operations, maintenance teams, and external vendors
Capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative, with the ability to prioritize and deliver work within a rapidly changing environment
Intellectually curious, with a desire to learn and master new functions and processes across a diverse department
Aptitude for building consensus, possessing strong influencing and negotiating skills
Bachelor's degree
7+ years financial services experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience in dashboard reporting or other visual representation of KPIs a plus
