Manages Fund of Funds and Co-Investment Funds on behalf of external investors (over US$1 billion AUM)
Job Responsibilities:
Screen and evaluate prospective infrastructure equity investment opportunities, including market and company research, financial statement analysis, valuation and modeling, and preparation of investment memos for the Investment Committees
Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on transactions
Manage and coordinate due diligence, documentation and closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Perform post-closing investment management and administration, including participation in briefings organized by investment managers, preparation of periodic reports for external and internal stakeholders and handling of any other matters related to the operations
Job Requirements:
Accounting qualification required
4-7 years of experience in two or more roles, covering Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Audit, Corporate Finance in Big 4 Accounting Firms, Private Equity, Fund Investments, Investment Banks and/or Management Consulting Firms
Good analytical and numerical skills (advanced financial modelling skills)
Attentiveness to details
A team player with a can-do attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Candidates with CFA designation and/or other advanced finance / professional qualifications would be preferred
Industry and/or transaction experience in the Energy, Power & Utilities, Transportation and/or TMT sectors would be preferred
Candidates with satisfactory performance may be considered for conversion to a permanent employment
